As a writer, I am deeply interested in peoples’ stories: where they have come from, where they are now, and the journey between those two places. I believe that life itself is a journey — a beautiful one, but also a complex and painful one. Part of this process for me is to listen and hear not just what people believe, but what has brought them to those beliefs. When I heard that my friend Jen has found a sense of peace and resolve in Messianic Judaism, I very much wanted to hear more.
